What is your question?
Removed intake to replace pcv, thermo housing and starter. Now I get a crank no start (almost starts) Most wiring connections were left intact, only a handful were disconnected without issue and reconnected also without issue. I'm one handed so this whole procedure took me 2 and a half months with the battery disconnected yet on a battery tender the whole time. Battery is good, starter is good. Car ran great before I did this. Car had a pcv and thermo temp code which was the reason for this project.

Hello, replacing parts due to codes is a bad idea first off. Removing and reinstalling the intake manifold could certainly have left an air leak somewhere which will starve the engine for fuel under every circumstance when the engine is cold. Those are guesses, but educated ones; really, hands on testing is needed to see what went wrong. Then, testing will need to continue to review what caused your initial codes in the first place.
