Dropped the tinfoil off the top of the oil jug when topping up my engine oil. How much of a problem is this

Impossible to answer your question due to the fact there is no pertaining protocol. Might not make a difference - but then it might.. I suppose it depends on exactly where the piece went when you dropped it.
