Where is inertia switch on a mazda b4000

Hello, the "inertia switch" cuts off fuel supply. Therefore, if you "jump start" the solenoid under the hood, it still won't get fuel. Sounds more like an electrical ignition switch issue or something else between the engine compartment and the inside of the vehicle.
