What would cause P0133 and a P0153 error codes?

What is your question?

Live data is showing a reading of 0.000 for all three O2 sensors, above and below. I am making the assumption that all 3 wouldn't fail or be bad. So it should be something upstream. Any help or direction in it what it could be or something more I can do? I have not replaced any of the O2 sensors as of yet. The P0133 and P0153 are causing the check engine light to come on.
