can i set rpm to 1000rpm when its warm cause i got a prob with camshaft

my camshaft is little bit used and i dont see a screw for adjust idle speed b3000 v6 2004 i want to put my rpm to 1000rpm when its warm

What makes this problem better or worse?

camshaft used 1 valve not open correctly
