Rough idle at stoplight but wont die, has power after new spark plugs and wires

Ran fine up til 2 weeks ago when tried to start acted like it back fired no power so turned off restarted and ok changed plugs and wires 1 week later have power but rough idles now? Why?

What makes this problem better or worse?
