Clunking noise in the front

Hello, This is likely a ball joint beginning to fail, or a sway bar link that has already failed. When turning, weight shifts to one side, so hearing the noise when turning left will signify the right side ha the issue, and vica versa. The ball joint can be inspected in a couple of ways, and it is best to search around for a couple of methods to find one you are comfortable with. The sway bar links will be obviously worn if they are the issue, and you will notice the links are work and move with ease.
