Cuts out at 3,500 RPM -- at idle or accelerating? If it's when accelerating, I'd look at exhaust flow - plugged exhaust? Also air intake - restricted? Not a lot of information here to go off of. Hands on testing is always recommended. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
