I have a 1999 Mazda B3000 it's back flowing back into the over-flow

I have replaced the thermostat the fan clutch and head gaskets only thing I have not replaced is the water pump but it's not leaking and the bearing seem to be fine I put a junkyard Radiator in it keeps overheating please help
