I have a 92 Mazda b2600i Truck drives fine. 5 speed Got home, turned off truck, truck was a operating temp. Coolant started to leak from the heater hoses under the hood. Coolant also leaked into cabin next to gas pedal ? I’d like to know if I can just cap the heater core an bypass it Or do I need to replace heater core. Don’t care for the heater much tbh. I’m
What makes this problem better or worse?
It’s worse when the truck is at operating temp.

Hello, not sure how a leaking heater core could cause coolant to come in the driver's floor area. Pressure test the cooling system. Determine the fault. Make repairs based on what is found.
