Lights and horn work, but nothing else does.

What is your question?

When I turn the ignition switch to all positions, only the lights and horn work. The engine will not crank, raido/wipers will not work, and no dash lights light up. The battery is new as is the ignition switch (a used switch). The truck has been parked for 14 years, and I'm currently trying to bring it back to life. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
