How can I get to lights behind switch panel to change globes?

Yes, globes=bulbs. I want to get to the bulbs behind the switch panel, i.e., A/C button, temp control switch, fan switch, slider controls for fresh air and air flow.

Ok, The only way is to remove the trim panel around those components and remove them individually, but no way should you have to remove the entire instrument panel. They will use the little bulbs that press in, and it really is a quick job with just a screwdriver. I would recommend checking your fuses first if they are all out, but if some are still on, replacement is probably necessary.
