Stalled while 40mph won't start I can hear pump come on now what do I ck now?

Check that you have fuel coming to the engine, just because the pump runs, doesn't mean fuel is being delivered. If it was a fuel problem, the truck would have stuttered itself to sleep when it died. You should start by checking all the fuses, then test to see if you are getting spark. (tutorials on youtube).
