Seat Belt and Air Bag light, flashes a code of 27. What does this mean? Flashes two times pause then seven more.

ABS Code 27 indicates that the ABS module has detected a fault in the passenger's airbag on-off light circuit. Possibly the bulb is burnt out. Could be a connector or wiring problem. See if the on-off light wirks first.
