If you mean the inner sway bar mounting bracket bolts the bolts could cost no more than $3 or $4. Labor to actually fit the bolts should be 20 minutes or so unless any of the bolts have broken off in the chassis. Closely inspect all the sway bar components for damage the mounting bracket, bushing and links.
