I think if you listen for where the sound is coming from, you 'll find a small module making the sound. It's the 'warning chime module.' The power wire in the connector is R/Y. You could try disconnecting it. I think on your year vehicle that'd work but you won't have any warning chimes at all. I'd pull mine but it's saved me from locking the keys in or the lights on a few times..
