Truck won't start it cranks but won't start

Hello, first, the battery is going dead because you keep trying to crank the engine to start. The engine shut off and now will not start because of a mechanical problem of some kind. Rudimentary testing needs to be performed to see if you have either a fuel system loss or an ignition system loss. My first guess would be to check for fuel - your fuel pump may have failed, meaning the engine cannot get gasoline to run. Alternatively, there could be no spark getting to the engine either.
