What is your question?
Now the truck will not start. Makes a sound I have never heard before. Kind of like a vehicle with no compression which it does. 15 lbs. scratching my head

Hello, Are you saying the engine has 15 PSI of compression on each cylinder? If so, this engine will never run. The transmission cooler line should have no part in starting the engine, except the transmission may set a code to stop the engine. Even in that event, the engine should not lose compression. You might have broken your timing belt/chain as well. Have you looked inside the coolant reservoir to see if the color and consistency are correct? Do some checking and let me know what you find.
