When driving car usually at 40 _50 mph jerks badly like brakes are grabbing.

What is your question?

When driving car suddenly jerks and grabs, slows down and stops grabbing. accelerate again same problem occurs. Feels as if it doesn't want to accelerate, like something is holding back. RPMS increase and will not shift to allow RPMS to go down. I Noticed after front brake pad change. Back pads were not changed. Told they were fine. Sometimes squels loudly when first started.

What makes this problem better or worse?
