Hello, First, stick a bore scope into the spark plug holes, and see if there is any damage to the tops of the pistons. They will be shiny spots where the rest of the piston will be thick and black with carbon. If no shiny spots, freely replace the timing belt. About 3-4 hours of labor at least, but there are additional items you may run into, like cam seals, water pump, etc..
