Any time I fill my tank I have a hard time getting the car started

Hard to start *after fuel fill* is NOT one of the symptoms of a failing CKPS... That's indicative of an EVAP system problem.. *The short story: Many people like to 'top off' the tank while refueling, then as the vehicle sits in hot sun, maybe even the next day, fuel expands.. Thus contaminating the EVAP system components with raw fuel.. Which eventually results a flooded engine condition upon refueling.. Holding accelerator pedal to floor should aid in starting flooded engine after refueling.. Best to have EVAP system tested by qualified personnel. There's more to the story but that's the gist of it.
If the sensor is not working properly, a car may stall or not start. The engine will turn over, but won't fire up. Sometimes a failing crankshaft position sensor may cause intermittent issues such as long cranking or stalling in certain conditions, for example, when the engine is hot, or in wet weather/ But as previous answer stated that is most likely not your issue and is most likely an evap issue which would need to be checked by a certified shop with qualified technicians
