Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Mazda 5. In your vehicle, the MOSFETs (metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors) are part of the blower motor control module. This more advanced system includes MOSFETs to regulate fan speed more efficiently. The control module is usually located near the blower motor, on the passenger side under the dashboard. If your blower motor isn't kicking on, the control module could be faulty, or there might be an issue with the motor itself. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered. Give us a call at 877-913-1554, and we will happily help you out!
