I accidentally crossed the jumper cables while jumping my car. They were on about 10 seconds then corrected. My car gauges and radio does not light up or try to turn over and my key fob isn't working.

Hello, you have blown fuses at the very least. Locate and replace any blown fuses and then recheck. Hopefully circuit protection worked and no further damage is present.
One other thought is unless the battery has been re-charged or replaced - you still have a dead battery. - along with the whatever else was 'fouled up' during the jump start attempt.. There is likely a MAIN FUSE under hood .. In the future it would be wise to 'never' reverse battery polarity - today's vehicles electronics are pretty complex and that can quickly become a costly mistake. Good luck!
