We bought a car off EBay, and the passenger side wiper didn't work. Its like it wants to work like a small tick when we use the other one on the driver side. So I was wanted to get an estimate on how much it will possibly cost to fix or if it is just a simple fix that I can do at home?

look at the wiper ARM where it attaches,see if it is not tight or if the splines are stripped out/off.if the arm is not moving at all,maybe one side of the transmission linkage has came off,possible bushing broke? if for some reason the wiper transmission is not repairable,you can get a good used one on e-bay for $32.56 free shipping! eBay item number:201594769847. post findings.

you're welcome.actually, it looks as if a nut screws down to hold the arm on instead of splines on it.also check to see if one side of the linkage maybe came loose/off/broke.post findings.
