Why does the heater not work?

No heater, blower works, but no heat comes out in any position or selection

Full of coolant?.. Temp gauge showing normal operating temp after engine has been running for 15 minutes?? .. BOTH heater hoses at passenger side firewall HOT to the touch??? .. Need more details if you want more help!!
