A/C requires 20 minutes of highway driving to start blowing cold air

What is your question?

My A/C does not seem to work until I take it on to the freeway for around 20 minutes; and then it stars blowing cold air. Otherwise, the air coming from the vents is neither hot nor cold

What makes this problem better or worse?

Extended driving on freeway seems to make A/C kick into gear
