What is your question?
I replaced the (Brake light switch) on my 2003 Lincoln town car and i still can not shift it out of park nor do my break lights work. A couple weeks ago when I started the car up I went to put my foot on the break to shift to drive and I heard a pop then realized my climate control went black and shift was stuck in park. I know there is a trick to get it into drive but that defeats the purpose of driving it if I have no brake lights. Also fuses were checked none are blown. Before the incident of the (Pop) the car was going into shift fine, climate control and brake lights were working fine. Does anyone know what else could be going on?

Is your climate control system still black? The brake light switch wiring connector can melt or have damaged terminals, so inspect that very closely as well. If you have more than the brake lights not working, there must be a common circuit that is in question; a wiring diagram is essential to trace what goes where.
1 - When a FUSE suddenly burns into - typically there is an audible POP that can easily be heard > Fact! 2 - Have qualified personnel *TEST* all related fuses and replace those that have failed and go from there. https://www.autogenius.info/lincoln-town-car-mk3-1998-2011-3rd-generation-fuse-box-diagram/
Key words > qualified personnel - *TEST* Good luck!
