Spilled red bull blower doesnt work heat comes out when driving nothing on scrn

I pushrod my name is Isaac am living in Canada and I just bought a lincoln town car 1996.i have a heat problem , when I try to put the heat nothing I mean everything work like the Fan but is just cold air.can you tell me what to check thank
