My shifter won't come out of park on my 2002 town car

It maybe the shift solenoid is not releasing, check and make sure your brake lights are working, also make sure the wheels aren't turned into the curb and there is tension on the transmission not letting the you get it out of park. Hopefully this will help in please let use know. Thanks Bobby
