I had cooling fan replaced and do not think i have a high speed blower.
What is your question?
How do i know? It seems not as strong as before and what is the cooling fan high speed fuse relay for?

the cooling fan has 2 speeds, low and high. relays for both speed controlled by the engine computer. dependent on engine temp and a/c operation. turn a/c on , watch fan. should start low and go to high the longer a/c is on. may take a bit to go to high if outside temp not very high.
