My car radio is stuck.

What is your question?

Sometimes radio stays stuck where I cannot turn up or down or off or on. Then sometimes it will let me adjust volume, change to CD player. Its normal. Recently, it stays stuck. Cannot adjust anything on it! Thanks. Lincoln Towncar 1998.
