Eng turns over strong but will not crank

What is your question?

checked fuel pump fuse GOOD. checked fuel relay GOOD. turn ignition key to on position with help and could not hear pump running by the tank. Added Starter fluid to intake and it ran until it burn out. Suspect fuel pump bad.
