Bypass security system hot wire to start

Lost my key to my 1997 Lincoln Town Car. Trying to bypass the security system, and get the car started buy hot-wiring if so. Took off the steering column panel and used screwdriver to press button under steering wheel while trying to turn in pull ignition. To remove the key ignition. How can I bypass the security system and Hotwire the car so I can get it started and move it.
