Car dies while driving, but after a few moments it will start right back up. It is getting fuel and the emergency fuel shut off is not activated. Could this be the fuel pump relay? It will do this a few times and then drives fine for a few days before it "hiccups" again.

HOPEFULLY this has still set some diagnostic trouble codes - even though the light hasn’t been on.
However for a beneficial scan test - you’ll have to visit a local repair facility that is capable of performing OBD 1 scan testing.
No way to guess at it - plus intermittent failures are very difficult to diagnose otherwise.
IF the problem were to be present at time of test - that would make a world of difference.. You may want to consider leaving vehicle at repair facility for a few days so the required *hands-on* testing can be completed.
Good luck!
No it isn't. That is what is baffling me and making me think it is not something serious.
