I meant self check diagnosis I held down the audio and menu buttons on the head unit and a keypad came up then I entered the pin 917 and it brought up a menu called On-Screen Diagnosis and I clicked self-check and it gave me the code $E003. It supposed to be done by the dealer but I don’t have the whole list of codes. I saw it here and did it in my truck

The audio from radio or aux plays like if it were on a scratched cd cutting in and out every second you can’t make out sound it stops and starts so frequently it sounds like stuttering I checked the fuses but they weren’t blown idk what else it could be
Yes the radio and the rca On the DVD player which I use an rca to aux cable I ruled out the cable because the radio has nothing to do with the cable and sounds the same
If you are using any inputs -- or have used them - it's possible damage to the factory amplifier has occurred for some reason.. Remove all non-factory components and recheck. If the problem continues, it's likely internal to the audio unit or amplifier. There is no "software" or anything else that will help.

It's not much help without Ford diagnostic IDS tool. What problem are you having?

Blown fuses would indicate no power at all to the components. What functions exactly are causing this concern? FM radio? Aux 1/8" plug input?
