What is your question?
Well, when I got it home, the next day I had the oil changed and all of the spark plugs changed out. Still no change in engine performance. Still runs rough. almost like missing somewhere. I'm not sure how old the pump is. I bought the truck used. It had 121,000 miles on it and now I have 210,517 miles on it.

Hello, How long has the vehicle been driven with the low oil pressure light on? Is it still on? Was it low on oil? Is the engine making noise while running (click, clack, rattle, tap, thump, knock, whirring, squealing)? EDIT*** I just saw you had another post up with a more in depth description. Your engine will likely require rebuilding or replacing. When an engine is low on oil pressure, metal surfaces that normally rotate with an oil barrier will begin rotating on metal. When this causes the vehicle to stop running, it is most likely due to internal damage. There is a possibility that the engine can be salvaged, but 15 miles (15-20 minutes) without oil pressure is enough to call for replacement.
I kind of though that same thing. I am thinking of replacing the engine but I have only found an engine with 116,325 miles on it. I don't feel comfortable with that decision yet. How likely is it that my truck will run goof after another engine is put in? I'm just nervous to sink this kind of money into it. At this point the current engine has over 200,000 miles on it. I just feel that it's down hill from here. Give me your thoughts. Thanks
All damage from engine failure is located in the engine, so the only reason it would run poorly is if the installation is incorrect or the engine is bad.
