Your engine could have a vacuum leak, dirty injectors, old spark plugs to name a few things. Low idle speed can cause this too. Do you have a check engine light on or any other warning lights?

this is not a awnser to the question but i have a 03 navigator that slightly shakes and a complete stop! do you have this problem also?
