What is your question?
Climate control temperature is only a little bit cold on driver's side and warm/hot on passenger side
What makes this problem better or worse?
quit blowing cold Checked the sealed system, there are no leaks Compressor is functional and pressures are a bit higher than normal. I saw a part online "Control Valve for A/C Compressor" about $56
How long has your 2016 Lincoln MKZ had this problem?
More than a month

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Are you certain the concern lies with the compressor and the refrigeration system? If pressures are higher than normal, is refrigerant state of charge being concerned and corrected as needed? Can you verify there is cold refrigerant going into the evaporator core? Your concern sounds like it could be more a temperature blend door actuator related concern for one or both zones of the passenger compartment. This would allow one side to be proper while the other is not...which would seem to show the need to correct. The climate control system has other functional parts that need to be tested as well. Resolve any concerns about the refrigeration system first, and then check the climate control parts. Do NOT guess at a "control valve for the compressor". https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link to find some shops near you who can help out!
