Blind spot system failure module

What is your question?

My cross traffic system failure light and my blindspot system failure light is on in my car....doesn't have any heat from ac... the radio controls cannot be worked the right blinker signal light is not working and the only window that will go down is the driver side window. Whenever the system failure light goes off all of that stuff starts back working but for now it's on again and none of that stuff is working!

What makes this problem better or worse?

It recently got cold here in Texas and that's when it start doing it
