I have replaced the door actuator on the passeger front door on my vehicle and the light on the dash still shows that the door is ajar. Is there any other sensors on my Lincoln mkz

I do not have a door chime sound when open, replaced parts on the door which were worn down and I still have the problem

What makes this problem better or worse?

I thought that replacing the door actuator would work but it didn't
