Why won’t key pad light up, why won’t doors unlock with remote

Hello, you should be able to unlock the drivers door with the conventional blade key that is in your remote / fob. Then, you can open your hood. However, I would imagine that your 2017 Lincoln has roadside assistance coverage -- call Lincoln to have them offer you the service you get with your Lincoln vehicle.
