The climate control lights are not on in my 2017 Lincoln MKX so the air doesn’t work.

The windows won’t roll down either. Air is not blowing at all and the lights for the climate control are not lit up. We just bought the car and we cleaned it inside and out. Did we hit a button turning something off?
