Driver side gets no air conditioning, passenger side does.Why?

2012 Lincoln MKX, no air on drivers side, heat comes out but on passenger side it gets air conditioning. Why is that happening?

What makes this problem better or worse?

It does not work at all on driver side

No air on drivers side = No COLD air blowing out? This is usually caused from a low charge of refrigerant. You may also have a leak in the A/C system. I'd have the A/C system professionally serviced to be safe.
