That's simply impossible - and makes me suggest to you that you need a new technician for your concern. There are a couple of possible things going on with your vehicle. The first thing is, the dual zone climate control system malfunctioning is what was causing one side to be warm and the other side cold. It's possible that now both sides are malfunctioning, but it could also be that the climate control system zone adjustment is malfunctioning as well as the refrigerant system.
