after 8 hrs on 1st start ugly loud sound that is stuck for 2 sec & stops

if it sits 8hrs on the first start and only time that sounds comes out like something is stuck and it unsticks after 2 sec and stops. sounds like its not catching or not engaging for the first 2 sec and then it catches and dont hear it no more until it sits again for 8 hrs or more. i changed the oil and filter new air filter and in cabin air filter. all of my fluids level are good. no dashlights for this problem comes on or no codes either
