There is water pouring out on the passenger side on the floorboard

Hello, you say you don't run the air conditioner, but if the climate control system is blowing at all, it's running the compressor to dehumidify the interior of the vehicle pretty much all the time. This would cause water to dump inside if the evaporator drain tube is displaced or clogged. I'd still focus my attention there. If not, you could have a water leak -- but only if the leak occurs when it rains or you wash the car. So I'd lean towards the drain for inspection.
