Do the mkt’s have issues with power transfer units leaking?

What is your question?

Mine is leaking for sure from rear seal and fluid looks new but does not appear the fill plug has been out so I’m a little confused. Has 80,000 on it. Have heard when ptu is going bad will start pushing fluid out.

What makes this problem better or worse?
