Smoking coming out from tailpipe when idling

What is your question?

Hi, often times when idling, there alot alot of smoke coming out from the tailpipe. I have to drive for a few minutes to clear up the smokes. Whenever I accelerate, it would create a smoke screen. I'm concern it might be turbo related. Any chance that it might be pcv valve that's clogged? Please advise me the cost to repair for the Turbo replacement as my warranties already expired. Thanks in advance.
