Hello, you cannot replace a steering gear on this vehicle without first uploading data from the system before replacement, then doing a "programmable module installation" (PMI) after replacement. If the gear as been replaced, seek guidance at a shop near you with access to use "As Built" data to program your power steering control module (PSCM). You may need to see a dealership for this. There may also be other problems, but first fix what you know to be a problem.
