How to replace marker lights and why headlights are not very bright

Hello, marker lamp bulbs should be something that can be replaced. However, it's hard to know from where which lamp you are meaning specifically. Since you mention "2 marker lamps on the driver side" - I'm not so sure they are bulbs. I would recommend seeing a shop near you and getting first hand opinion. No one should charge for that - but obviously if there are bulbs to replace they could do that also.
